Building the Gyms Where Physical AI Learns to Work

Physical AI can't be trained on the internet. It has to be trained in the real world - through seeing, hearing and feeling real tasks in real environments. That's what NEURA Gym is about: a global network of physical training centers where robots learn industrial skills directly from the people who've mastered them.

As (Senior) Robotics Commissioning & Service Engineer, you own the commissioning and maintenance of our humanoid robot 4NE1, from mechanical integration and calibration to a fully operational robot on our ROS2/Linux platform. You work within NeuraGym's shared infrastructure alongside MAiRA and MiPA, setting the standards, judgment calls, and escalation point for junior technicians.

• Integrate and calibrate drives, gear/actuator systems, sensors (encoders, IMUs, force/torque sensors, cameras), and fieldbus communication

• Execute bring-up sequences (joint homing, calibration checks) and confirm firmware, sensors, and actuators are healthy before a session
