Teamlead Data Operations (human)

In the AI Department, you'll develop the cognitive abilities of our robots, enabling them to understand and interact with their surroundings. Your tasks

• Lead and grow the team by building strong technical and operational capabilities through mentoring, hands-on guidance, and structured knowledge sharing

• Support hiring activities, including interviewing, evaluating candidates, and onboarding talent for robotics and AI roles

• Help shape and execute hiring strategies to attract, assess, and retain top talent across robotics, AI, and engineering functions

• Drive continuous improvement of workflows, documentation, and overall project execution standard
