Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning) and strong exposure to AI/GenAI technologies. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable solutions integrating LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, and AI workflows into enterprise Field Service environments.   Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL) Architect Field Service workflows including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, technician enablement, and asset management Lead integration of Salesforce with AI/GenAI platforms using LLMs, RAG, NLP, and semantic search Build scalable integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and event-driven architectures Define and implement AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices Work on agentic workflows, MCP protocols, and tool orchestration frameworks Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams for solution delivery Conduct customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution demos Ens
