About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Performance Marketing Lead to own performance and growth marketing from the ground up. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who wants to build the machine - not inherit one.
You will own the path from first impression to click to conversion to qualified pipeline to closed ARR. That includes paid acquisition, creative testing, landing pages, attribution, funnel instrumentation, conversion-rate optimization, audience discovery, and early product-led growth experiments.
You will work directly with Neuroscale's founders and partner closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations. You will have the autonomy to test quickly, scale what works, stop what does not, and turn learning into repeatable playbooks.
