POSITION SUMMARY
The New Product Introduction (NPI) Launch Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of launching new products. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful product launches from design to market introduction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Product Development Process (PDP) / New Product Introduction (NPI): Co-own the PDP Phase with NPD, including deliverables, gate reviews, and readiness documentation, ensure all functions follow processes and establish manufacturing readiness levels/tiers
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Tooling and Sourcing teams to execute launch plans, manufacturing readiness levels and launch tiers. La
