SUMMARY:
The Manager, System Operator Training is directly responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a coordinated training program for NYISO and Transmission Owner system operators as well as NYISO Operations Support Personnel to assure reliable interconnected system operation, in compliance with NERC, NPCC and NYSRC training requirements. This position is responsible for maintaining the facilities, applications, and staff required to support the various training programs.
