Responsible for leading requirements elicitation and documentation for multiple, large, complex, cross-departmental, multi-phase and multi-year projects and initiatives as assigned; partnering with Market Design Specialists on designing technologically feasible, functional solutions which meet Business and Market Participant needs within regulatory frameworks and software capabilities; working with business owners, project sponsors, and stakeholders to obtain requirements and achieve optimal solutions which take into account organizational and customers’ objectives in the context of regulatory framework and energy industry trends; developing solutions and business requirements that will meet the needs of customers and conform to the principles defined in the NYISO Tariffs and Business and Operational Manuals, ensuring proper requirements traceability through the design, development,
