The role
As a Motion Designer at Newcode, you will help shape how our brand, product, and ideas come to life through motion. You will create motion assets for product launches, campaigns, social media, ads, explainers, events, and presentations. Your work will help make complex AI and legal-tech concepts feel clear, premium, and easy to understand. This role is ideal for someone who sees motion as more than decoration. For us, motion should guide attention, explain value, create rhythm, and make the Newcode brand feel confident, intelligent, and alive.
