Senior Delivery Business Partner
As Senior Delivery Business Partner, you will act as a senior operational partner to one of Newton’s business areas, working closely with its leadership team to help us deliver excellent work, build stronger accounts and support Newton’s growth.
You will help senior leaders across the sales and delivery system identify risks and opportunities early, make better decisions from evidence, maintain strong delivery discipline, and turn themes from live work into practical improvements.
The role combines two areas of responsibility: senior business partnering for a defined business area, and leadership of cross-functional improvement work that helps Newton sell, mobilise, deliver and grow more effectively. The balance will flex with business need, but the role is designed to be both strategic in perspective and hands-on in delivery.
Early improvement priorities will include how we continue to evolve Newton’s delivery offer, including the responsible and value-adding use of AI in client delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders, account leads and delivery teams to identify and act on risks, opportunities and performance themes across the full sales and delivery lifecycle.
