Assistant Controller

Position Overview New Western is seeking a proactive, dynamic Assistant Controller who has a strong accounting background and loves solving problems. The Assistant Controller will support the Controller in overseeing the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and internal control functions. A critical component of this role is the consolidation of the company’s diverse business units, including our Corporate team, Field accounting team, Lending arm, and Title team. We need a well-rounded accountant who can master the nuances of these different industries—applying consistent U.S. GAAP standards across all entities—to deliver the reliable financial results required for executive decision-making. Currently based out of our Addison, Texas office in a hybrid capacity, you will be a key driver in evolving our financial operations.
