Job Description
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded and highly delivery-focused contractor to support NextEnergy Solar Fund's (NESF) investment and value creation initiatives. Working closely with the NESF Investment Director and wider internal teams, the role will help execute priority transactions, support capital recycling and strengthen delivery discipline across key NESF workstreams.
The contractor will provide hands-on support across NESF’s sale process, divestment and refinancing activity, governance requirements, adviser coordination and selected initiatives designed to enhance portfolio value and improve long-term shareholder outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role main responsibilities are:
- Support the execution of NESF’s transactional work programme, including sale process activity, divestments, refinancing, capital recycling and related workstreams.
- Provide transaction execution support across structuring, due diligence, adviser coordination, data room preparation, execution planning, negotiation support and delivery tracking.
