In this role, you will design and maintain robust data pipelines, transform complex datasets into actionable insights, and build the analytical infrastructure that drives strategic decision-making. You are autonomous, analytically minded, and thrive in environments where the problem is not always well-defined. Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & ETL - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes. - Build and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics at scale. - Explore and integrate LLM and AI capabilities into our data workflows, turning raw data into insights that explain themselves. Data Analysis & Visualization - Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities. - Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Apply DAX calculations and Power Query transformations to deliver performant, maintainable reports. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes and reporting efficiency. - Optimize reports and data models for scalability across large datasets. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with teams across the organization to translate business needs into data solutions. - Act as a subject matter expert in data engineering and analytics, supporting colleagues with guidance and best practices. - Participate in interdisciplinary projects that require both technical depth and business acumen. #### Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, data engineer, or similar role. - Proven experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development. - Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query for data modeling and report development. - Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and managing relational data. - Strong Python skills, including data manipulation, automation, and pipeline scripting; experience with testing and code quality practices is a plus. - Experience building interactive Power BI reports from multiple data sources. - Analytical, curious, and autonomous — comfortable navigating ambiguous problems independently. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and business audiences. - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
