Product Owner – Automated Insights Innovation
Primary Purpose
As a Product Owner, you will support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Automated Insights prototype application across its lifecycle. You will help identify and build use cases that turn insights into measurable operational improvements, creating capabilities for customer demonstrations and future integration into NiCE production products.
This is a hands-on product role. You will define and maintain a focused roadmap under the direction of product leadership while also building the application. This includes front-end development, API and connector integrations, maintaining and refactoring existing and AI-generated code, and connecting analytics outputs to application workflows.
You will also serve as a central resource as prototype capabilities move toward production, partnering with Research, Product, Services, Design, Engineering, and other teams to ensure successful transition and avoid rediscovery. Customer and field feedb
