We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Operations Engineer to join our fast-paced Application Operations team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about infrastructure, performance optimization, and automation in cloud-native environments. You’ll be working on mission-critical systems deployed across AWS, supporting high-scale applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
How will you make an impact?
You’ll be responsible for:
- Production support with hands on with NiCE Actimize product portfolio like AML/IFM or other product or solution.
- Working knowledge in finacial/banking sector on payment related field Zelle Fedwire.
- Knowledge in Dockers/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Building proactive monitoring and alerting services.
