This role is accountable for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reporting solutions for the markets in scope. The role works with relevant teams and end-to-end functions to transform validated data into accurate, actionable reporting and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions based on approved business requirements.
  • Create data models, Power Query transformations, DAX measures, KPIs, and clear visualizations.
  • Validate source data, calculations, and dashboard outputs before release.Partner with Client Services, Data Acquisition, Commercial, Operations, and other relevant teams to clarify reporting requirements and resolve data issues.
  • Support reporting feasibility, data mapping, dashboard testing, deployment, and user access activities.Investigate reporting discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain reporting documentation and provide dashboard guidance or training to users.
  • Contribute to reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • College or University degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or dashboard development.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and report design.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; local language depends on the region.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams.
  • Ability to manage priorities, adapt to change, make sound decisions, and deliver according to agreed timelines.
