In-Store Strategy & New Methods Lead (Vadodara/Chennai/Gurugram/Global)
Job Description
Own the direction of our in-store business and turn it into revenue.
You will find better ways to collect in-store data, then drive them into the market. Every initiative you lead ties to a clear commercial outcome and a faster path to value.
You will work across regions and functions. You will push technology adoption, sharpen cost-to-revenue performance, and open new revenue streams.
Focus areas:
- Grow the market and open new revenue streams. Identify new segments, channels, and use cases for in-store insights. Partner with Sales and Client teams to turn opportunities into revenue, and track the commercial impact of every initiative.
Lead AI adoption with a client-driven vision. Find where AI can speed up collection, improve quality, or lower cost. Shape the roadmap around what clients need and will pay for, and translate technical advances into clear commercial value.
- Evaluate and enhance collection methods. Assess how in-store data is collected across markets, pinpoint where accuracy, speed, or cost can improve, and turn findings into prioritized recommendations.
- Scale solutions across regions and functions. Build solutions that work in one market and roll out to many. Align Data Acquisition, Product, Commercial, and Operations on one plan to cut time from pilot to full deployment.
- Drive new methods and innovation. Research emerging collection technologies, run pilots, and prove the business case before scale. Bring the best ideas into our solution portfolio
