Language Professional Finnish and fluent English. Many of our clients work in Finnish, while a lot of our client teams and our own community run in English.

Skills Product leadership on digital products (Product Lead, principal, or transformation lead background), coaching and capability-building with teams and leaders, reshaping ways of working and operating models, discovery and prioritisation, facilitation and credible senior stakeholder work up to C-level, daily hands-on use of current AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, synthesis and transcription tools), measuring change and showing results fast.
