About the Role
Our travel requirements are growing across recruitment, campus hiring, onboarding and relocation, employee business travel, and domestic and international company trips.
We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to own the end-to-end execution of corporate travel - from request intake and booking to logistics, vendor coordination, documentation and reporting. This role will work closely with HR, Finance, Recruitment, employees, candidates and travel partners to ensure a smooth, efficient and well-managed travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Travel operations & execution
- Own end-to-end corporate travel logistics across candidate, employee, campus, and company-trip travel.
- Manage high-volume candidate travel: intake, booking, changes, documentation, and itinerary
- Coordinate campus travel:hotel requirements, ground transport, and consolidated trip tracking.
- Manage high-volume onboarding and relocation
