Engineering Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers. This individual will be responsible for technical delivery, execution quality, and the professional development of team members. Technical Delivery and Execution

• Collaborate with Leadership and Technical Program Managers to refine project scope, ensure team priorities align with business objectives, and manage resource allocation for assigned programs. 
• Provide hands-on technical direction for the structural design and development of new software systems or revisions. Implement and enforce policies to ensure the development of efficient and scalable software architecture.
