Nokwol is entering an exciting phase of growth with an ambitious retail store rollout programme planned over the next 12-months. We are seeking a driven retail leader to support our Kings Road store. If you have a passion for footwear, fashion, and customer experience we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be a key part of our team: driving performance, inspiring the team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including team management, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership and coaching
- Maintain high standards of presentation and brand representation across Nokwol and third-party products
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and care
