Location: London, with travel between stores
Salary: £70,000+, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Nokwol is entering an ambitious 12-month store rollout, and we need a Regional Manager to drive it. This is a hands-on, multi-site role reporting to Directors and Senior Management, covering in-store operations, recruitment, new store openings, performance management and people development.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Site Operations

• Oversee store performance and day-to-day operations across the region.
• Own rotas, staff training, in-store standards, visual display, BOH standards, stocktakes and shrinkage.

New Store Openings

• Lead site launches: store setup, merchandising, staffing and opening activity.
• Travel to new locations as required; help establish best-practice operating processes.

People Development

• Coach and mentor Store Managers and Assistant Managers.

Commercial Performance

• Drive sales, profitability and productivity targets.
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to grow.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and presentation.
• Hit stock accuracy and shrinkage targets.
