Profiling Development Associate
About the Role
At Nomic, we’re building the world’s highest throughput protein profiling platform to help scientists extend lives. As an Associate on our Profiling Development team, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing, validating, deploying, and continuously improving our high-throughput workflows that power proteomic discovery at scale.
You’ll work at the interface of biology, engineering, and data — collaborating with teammates in Automation, Data, Software, and Operations. Your work will directly contribute to building robust, reproducible processes that enable faster and more reliable insights into biology.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, Execute and Validate Profiling Workflows – Independently execute profiling experiments to support the validation of new workflows and protocol updates. With guidance, you’ll develop detailed experimental plans, coordinate execution needs, and generate high-quality, well-documented data.
Contribute to Development Projects and Continuous Improvement – Support development and troubleshooting efforts by analyzing and interpreting experimental results using established metrics and criteria. You’ll contribute to root cause investigations and experimental follow-up to improve workflow performance, data quality
