Noom's Growth Product team owns the acquisition experiences that introduce millions of people to healthier habits every year. We build and continuously optimize the buyflows, landing experiences, and self-service tooling that turn curiosity into commitment — using data, experimentation, and increasingly, agentic AI tools to move faster than teams twice our size. We're a small, scrappy group that believes the best growth work happens when builders can go from idea to live experiment without waiting in an engineering queue.
About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Product Builder to define, build, test, and analyze new buyflow ideas to drive growth using our internal self-service buyflow building tool, Noom Flow Builder.
