We work closely with teams across Noom to translate customer insights into high-performing campaigns and experiences.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Noom’s paid social program. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for an experienced performance marketer who can independently set strategy, manage significant media investment, and make data-driven decisions based on metrics such as LTV, CAC, and incrementality. You’ll optimize established channels while also building paid social strategies for new Noom products
