Main Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire experimentation lifecycle end-to-end: from idea intake and prioritization to launch, analysis, and documentation
Act as the project manager for experimentation initiatives: shape hypotheses, define scope and timelines, manage dependencies across teams, and identify and mitigate
Monitor and interpret performance metrics, translating qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights to improve the conversion funnel
Dig deeper into user needs and pain points, collaborating with the research team to validate hypotheses
Establish a conversion optimisation roadmap based on potential impact
