But steering these dynamic narratives requires a highly adaptable, strategic communications expert who can seamlessly pivot between different audiences and industries, as well as navigate between global reach and the Lithuanian market.

Main responsibilities

• Help to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies across diverse global media channels;

• Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Social & Editorial Content teams to launch engaging, high-impact initiatives that build brand love and support overall company goals;

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with priority media outlets, industry stakeholders, and other influential external audiences worldwide;

• Analyze tech, cybersecurity, and AI trends to forecast compelling content ideas and proactive PR initiatives;

• Produce high-quality content for the media, utilizing strong research skills to quickly master new topics across our different verticals;

• Prioritize, manage, and efficiently drive multiple PR campaigns from ideation to successful execution;

• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to increase efficiency and optimize daily workflows.

Core requirements

• 3+ years of experience in public relations and communications (required);

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Lithuanian (required);

• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt your voice to different brands and audiences (required);

• Strong understanding of international communications, market nuances, media ecosystems, and stakeholder expectations across Europe and beyond;

• Sound judgment, discretion, resilience, and confidence when operating in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment alongside a motivated team;

• Proven ability to collaborate, compromise, and align multiple stakeholders with differing viewpoints;

• Comfortable using data and insights to shape communications strategy, measure campaign impact, and fuel a growth mindset;

• A genuine interest in technology, a willingness to continuously learn, and a highly proactive, can-do attitude.
