Job Description

At Nord Security’s B2B team, we build cybersecurity products that enable businesses to protect themselves and their data.

From product and engineering to sales, marketing, and data — our teams work closely together to deliver secure, scalable solutions trusted by companies around the world.

Your impact? Empowering businesses everywhere to keep their people, systems, and data safe.

AI is changing how businesses work — and creating security risks that didn't exist two years ago. NordLayer AI Security is our answer: a brand-new product in a category that's still being defined.

There is no playbook to inherit — you'll write it. You'll define how the product is understood, inside the company and in the market, and coordinate the cross-functional work to make it happen. This is not a support role: you'll shape strategy, influence decisions beyond your own scope, and be a trusted voice across the organization.

If you've ever wanted to build a product narrative from zero — in one of the most talked-about spaces in tech — this is that opportunity.

You'll join a growth engine team alongside a Head of Growth, a fellow PMM, and dedicated paid media, SEO, and partnerships specialists — supported by other teams including web product, design, content, customer insights, and marketing automation. You'll also work hand-in-hand with product and sales teams.

If you want to define a product's story in one of the most exciting spaces in tech right now — not just execute someone else's — we'd like to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Craft product positioning, messaging, and launch narratives that clearly differentiate the product in a noisy, fast-moving AI security market;

  • Define and execute product-specific go-to-market strategy, deciding what is worth marketing and how — including freemium and top-of-funnel motion;

  • Coordinate product launches and PMM work across cross-functional stakeholders, end-to-end;

  • Direct sales enablement efforts and create high-quality assets that help sales communicate the value of a product that buyers don't yet fully understand;

  • Build and maintain deep product-level market, buyer, and competitor understanding in the emerging AI security landscape — and use it to influence roadmaps and strategy.

  • Own strategic initiatives such as new segment entry, pricing, or expansion — not just day-to-day delivery;

  • Translate complex product features into clear customer value through sharp briefs that create alignment, not confusion;

  • Design experiments and learning loops to validate strategy with evidence, not opinion — critical in a category where best practices don't exist yet;

Core Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity;

  • Proven track record of owning positioning, messaging, and launches end-to-end — including at least one strategic initiative (segment entry, pricing, or expansion);

  • Demonstrated cross-functional influence: you drive outcomes through teams you don't manage;

  • Data-driven approach to market analysis and customer insights, with a strong experimentation mindset;

  • Genuine interest in AI and its security implications — you follow the space and have opinions about where it's heading;

  • Comfort working in ambiguity and early-stage product environments; experience launching new products or creating new categories is a strong plus;

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills;

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

What We Offer

  • Sharpen your edge: training, mentorship, and room to grow — always.
