As a Senior Producer, you’ll own the execution picture across shifting priorities, cross-team dependencies, and decisions that can’t wait for every detail to be known. You’ll keep Top Goal teams focused on what they’re trying to achieve, with ownership of delivery outcomes rather than a predefined process.

• This is not a coordination-only role. You’ll make complex delivery more predictable by maintaining a clear view of what’s happening, what’s at risk, and what needs a decision.
