Dispensing Operator
POSITION SUMMARY
Weigh raw materials as specified in the MBR (Manufacturing Batch Record) in accordance with company SOP’s and cGMP guidelines. The dispenser is also responsible for the cleanliness of the Dispensing room and accurate maintenance of raw material inventory cards.

Essential Function Statement(s)
- Dispenses raw materials as required by MBR (Manufacturing Batch Record).
- Fills out Inventory cards as required by company SOPs.
- Fills out MBR (Manufacturing Batch Record) as required by company SOPs.
- Maintains company Inventory system as required by company SOPs.
- Performs all duties in compliance with safety rules, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and cGMPs (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Maintains work area clean and sanitary as required by company SOPs.
- Reports any safety hazards to Supervisor or Maintenance.
- Must ensure that raw materials are returned to appropriate locations in warehouse
- Ensures that all containers / items are properly labeled
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Six months or more related experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.Experience with material weighing, measuring, and verification processes in accordance with batch records or production documentation.Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in weights, documentation, and compliance requirements.Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.Ability to read and write English.Ability to understand and strictly follow all company SOPs and GMP guidelines.Intermediate math skills (multiplication, division, conversions, and understanding weights and measures).
