Position Summary

The Sr. Manager, Consumer Insights will play a critical role in building and operationalizing a world- class, consumer-centric insights function. Reporting directly to the Director of Innovation & Insights, this individual will lead the execution of qualitative and quantitative research, trend analysis, and consumer tracking to uncover actionable growth opportunities across our business and portfolio. The ideal candidate is a expert of research methodologies, possessing the unique ability to turn complex data and cultural signals into compelling, visual narratives that shape brand positioning, white-space mapping, and our 3-year product innovation pipeline.
