POSITION SUMMARY 
As the leader of Sunwave Studio’s Consumer Content team, the Sr. Social Media Manager will build and lead Nordic Naturals’ evolving consumer content ecosystem across organic social, editorial, consumer education, creator and influencer content, and other owned-channel experiences. This role requires an exceptional people leader as much as an exceptional content leader. The ideal candidate brings a clear point of view on the future of content, inspires talented people to do their best work, creates clarity and momentum across a multidisciplinary team, and builds a culture of collaboration, curiosity and accountability. They will translate Brand strategy and business priorities into an always-on content vision that is distinctive, relevant and useful to consumers, while continually challenging the organization to think differently about how Nordic Naturals connects with its audiences.
