As a Recreation Leader with Norfolk County, you’ll help deliver engaging recreation programs and activities that create positive experiences for participants of all ages. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate recreation and active living programs throughout Norfolk County, including PA Day and Winter Break programs, special events, and drop-in and registered activities. During the summer, work as a Day Camp Leader in Norfolk County day camps or specialty camps.
- Follow program and lesson plans provided by the departmental staff adapting activities to participant needs and abilities.
- Prepare program spaces, equipment and supplies; complete setup and cleanup; and report damaged items or inventory shortages.
