ICAM Architect (Top Secret/SCI with agreement to obtain CI Poly Clearance Required)

North Point Technology is looking to hire an ICAM Architect to support a significant modernization effort transitioning legacy Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities to modern on-premises and cloud-ready technologies, improved architectural patterns, and automated deployment pipelines. The effort spans policy enforcement, policy information, enterprise management, and resource and policy management services. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, along with willingness to obtain a polygraph within the customer's timeline after hire.

Responsibilities:

The ICAM Architect will define and maintain the enterprise ICAM architecture across policy enforcement, policy information, enterprise management, and resource and policy management modernization domains. This includes developing end-to-end architectural patterns for identity, attribute services, authorization flows, policy distribution, and resource and role lifecycle management. The architect will partner with technical leadership to validate modernization roadmaps, architectural decisions, and integration strategies for on-premises and cloud-native, microservices-based ICAM components.
