Northmarq is seeking an experienced Business Analyst III in its Bloomington, MN headquarters office. The Business Analyst III owns discovery and requirements for large, complex, or cross-functional initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguous problems, aligning senior stakeholders, and documenting the decisions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs that shape delivery.
