Job Title: Clinical Assessor - Hybrid

Reports To: Corporate Director of Assessments and Referrals

Location: Loveland, CO

Facility: Northpoint Colorado (Adult inpatient)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm

Work Arrangement: 2 days/week from home AND 3 days/week on site

Compensation: $31-45/hour
