Job Description

Northspyre, the only end-to-end real estate development management platform, empowers developers to make smarter investment decisions with data-driven insights and collaborative workflows. Through automation, analytics, and AI, Northspyre gives teams the real-time information, performance insights, and workflow tools they need to do their job with unparalleled speed and intelligence. By bringing project stakeholders, data, and processes together all on one integrated platform, Northspyre eliminates expensive silos in the development lifecycle, making project delivery simple and outcomes more predictable. Since 2017, Northspyre has been the backbone of operational infrastructure for leading development firms, supporting over $500 billion in projects across the US.

About the Opportunity

Northspyre is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and lead the systems, processes, training, and resources that help our sales organization perform at its best.

This is a highly visible, high-impact individual contributor leadership role for someone who believes great sales organizations are built through clear processes, rigorous execution, strong coaching, and repeatable playbooks.

You will be responsible for defining how Northspyre equips its sales team to succeed — from onboarding and training to sales methodology, messaging, deal execution, competitive positioning, and ongoing coaching.

The ideal candidate is equal parts sales operator, coach, and builder. You have likely worked in a high-growth SaaS environment, a venture-backed or sponsor-backed company, or another organization where you helped professionalize a sales motion and turn successful selling behaviors into a repeatable system.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build something and grow with it. As Northspyre's sales organization expands, the scope of this role can grow into broader sales leadership and people-management responsibilities.

You won't simply create training materials. You'll help define how Northspyre sells — and build the systems that make great selling repeatable.

In This Role, You'll Get To

  • Build and own Northspyre's sales enablement strategy and playbook, including sales methodology, qualification standards, discovery, messaging, objection handling, deal strategy, competitive positioning, and closing practices.
  • Establish a repeatable sales process that creates consistency across the team while still allowing individual sellers to bring their own strengths and style.
  • Analyze the existing sales motion to identify gaps in process, skills, messaging, pipeline management, tools, and execution, then turn those insights into practical improvements.
  • Develop and implement a structured sales onboarding and ramp program that gets new sellers productive quickly.
  • Establish ongoing sales training and coaching programs, using call reviews, deal reviews, role plays, pipeline reviews, and other mechanisms to continuously improve seller performance.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to establish clear expectations around pipeline generation, opportunity management, forecasting, conversion, and quota attainment.
  • Create the systems and operating rhythms that allow sales managers and individual contributors to understand what good looks like and consistently execute against it.
  • Coach sales managers and individual contributors, helping them diagnose performance gaps and develop practical plans to improve.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, RevOps, and Leadership to ensure our positioning, messaging, and sales process reflect the market and customer.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, talk tracks, competitive intelligence, case studies, battlecards, and other resources that help sellers win.
  • Use data to identify performance trends, diagnose bottlenecks, and determine where additional coaching, training, or process improvements will have the greatest impact.
  • Bring structure and accountability to the sales organization while maintaining a culture that is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused.
  • Build the foundation for a scalable sales enablement function, including the processes, technology, metrics, and operating cadence required as the organization grows.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on broader GTM initiatives and organizational development, gaining increasing exposure to the strategic and leadership responsibilities of a scaling sales organization.
  • As the team grows, have the opportunity to take on increasing people-management and sales leadership responsibilities.

We Are Looking For People Who Have

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, sales leadership, sales operations, or a combination of these disciplines.
  • A track record of improving how sales teams sell, rather than simply executing within an established sales machine.
  • Experience creating or significantly improving a sales playbook, methodology, onboarding program, or enablement function.
  • Strong experience coaching sellers and/or managers across the sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
  • A highly analytical and process-oriented approach. You naturally ask: Where is the bottleneck? What does the data tell us? What should we change?
  • The ability to translate strategy into clear, practical processes and behaviors that salespeople actually use.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization, even without direct authority.
  • A bias toward action and experimentation. You are comfortable operating in an environment where the playbook is still being written.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling sales messaging and repeatable behaviors.
  • A builder's mentality. You enjoy creating structure where little exists and are excited by the opportunity to grow into broader responsibility over time.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine interest in understanding why customers buy, why they don't buy, and what creates urgency.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience at a venture-backed, private equity-backed, or sponsor-backed company, particularly in a growth or transformation environment.
  • Experience building a sales enablement function or sales organization from the ground up.
  • Experience taking a sales motion that worked for a small number of high-performing sellers and turning it into a repeatable system for a larger team.
  • Experience working with a private equity operating team, portfolio company, or sales transformation initiative.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, or similar frameworks.
  • SaaS experience, particularly selling complex B2B software with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Experience selling into commercial real estate, construction, development, or another complex industry.
  • Experience partnering closely with RevOps to improve CRM hygiene, forecasting, pipeline analytics, and sales productivity.
  • Experience developing sales managers and building a management operating cadence.
  • Experience with sales compensation, territory design, segmentation, or other elements of scaling a GTM organization.
  • Prior people-management experience or demonstrated interest in growing into a formal sales leadership role.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you'll develop a clear understanding of Northspyre's sales motion, identify the highest-impact gaps, and establish a prioritized roadmap for improving sales execution and enablement.

Within six months, you'll have established an adopted sales playbook, strengthened onboarding and coaching, and created a more consistent operating rhythm across the sales organization.

Over time, you'll help Northspyre build a sales organization where strong performance is not dependent on individual heroics — it is driven by repeatable processes, great coaching, strong systems, and a team that knows exactly how to win.

As Northspyre grows, the scope of this role will grow with it. For the right person, this role can become a path into broader sales leadership and people management, with increasing ownership of the sales organization, its managers, and its operating strategy.
