North Vector Dynamics is a Canadian-owned and controlled defence technology company specializing in precision interception, autonomy, and advanced propulsion. NVD is building a full-spectrum missile capability, from counter-UAS solutions to hypersonics, designed to serve and defend NATO member states and their allies and partners.
The Role
The Director of Communications and Marketing will lead the company's corporate communications, marketing and brand function and shape how NVD is understood across domestic and international markets.
The Director will be responsible for NVD's corporate brand, external communications, product and market positioning, media presence, digital channels and broader communications strategy. The role will ensure that NVD presents a clear, credible and consistent identity to customers, partners, industry, media, prospective employees, and other external audiences.
This is a senior, hands-on role in a growing company. The Director will set the direction for the function, advise the executive team, and build the standards, internal team, and external agency/vendor network required as the function scales.
