In this role, you will deliver hands-on classroom and field training, welcome and prepare new hires for success, and ensure our training programs remain current, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced EMT who loves teaching to become our EMT Educator. This role owns the full EMT education pathway at Northwest Ambulance, from a new hire's first day of orientation through independent field practice and ongoing competency.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you'll work alongside our RN Educator as the EMT-level counterpart, partnering with operations leadership, Field Training Officers, Medical Direction, and QA/QM to make sure every EMT is trained to the same high, consistent standard.
