Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 3 structured rotations (6 months each) across key business areas (e.g. Commercial, Medical, Value & Access, Digital & Innovation, Business Excellence, P&O)

  • Take ownership of stand-alone projects in each rotation with clear business impact

  • Bring fresh thinking and new perspectives to challenge existing ways of working

  • Collaborate effectively with local and international teams across the Czech organisation

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to cross-functional outcomes

  • Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability in a changing environment

  • Actively engage in mentoring, development programmes, and feedback cycles

  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement

  • Apply digital tools and data-driven thinking (including AI where relevant) to solve business challenges and drive innovation

  • Contribute to projects such as product launches, process improvements, or digital initiatives with measurable outcomes

  • Present ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams

Essential Requirements

  • Have graduated from Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last 24 months

  • Czech and English – fluent (B2/C1 minimum)

  • Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to new environments quickly

  • Curiosity and growth mindset – motivated to learn and explore new ideas

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Collaborative approach – able to work across diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Confidence to take initiative and contribute ideas

  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to think creatively and practically

Desired Requirements

  • Previous internship or early career experience in a corporate environment

  • Exposure to project work, student organisations, or leadership activities

  • International experience (e.g. Erasmus, internships abroad, volunteering)

  • Interest in healthcare, innovation, and improving patient outcomes

  • Digital or analytical mindset

  • Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 602,616.00 to 1,119,144.00 CZK Annual

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
