Assistant General Manager

We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.
The role. We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager to turn company priorities into disciplined daily execution. You will work across manufacturing, shipping, supply chain, sales, and people operations to keep the business moving and make sure problems have clear owners.
This is a hands-on operating role. You will spend time on the floor, use data to understand performance, and step into gaps when the team needs help. You report to the General Manager.
You will:
Run the daily operating rhythm across production, shipping, quality, and customer commitments
Translate company goals into clear priorities, owners, and deadlines
Track safety, throughput, on-time delivery, quality, labor, and inventory accuracy
Identify constraints early and coordinate teams to resolve
