The role. We're hiring Factory Shift Leads to run our floors in Ferndale. Every order Nox ships starts on the floor, and you will own your shift: safety, quality, and output. You set the pace, assign the work, and train the people who run our saws. When a machine goes down or a job runs late, you are the first call and you fix it.
Part of your shift is leading: coaching your team, enforcing the standard, and passing a clean handoff to the next lead. The other part is hands on: you run the equipment and know every job on the floor. You start by learning every station in the building, and you report to the General Manager.
