Operations Systems Product Manager

We’re a technology company with operations in Metro Detroit and Los Angeles, supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.
The role. We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the software operators use to receive, plan, cut, track, and ship metal. You will work on the factory floor, understand how work and information move, and turn those observations into systems people can trust under real production pressure.
The best solution is not always another screen. You will simplify workflows, remove failure points, and work across software and operations to improve the entire process.
You will:
Own the roadmap for inventory, planning, production, quality, and shipping workflows
Observe operators directly and map how work actually happens
Define requirements, exceptions, and success metrics with engineering and operations
