The role. We’re hiring a Plant Manager to own the safety, people, quality, delivery, and productivity of a Nox Metals facility. You will build a disciplined operation that ships accurate orders on time while developing a strong team and protecting the integrity of our inventory.
You own the plant’s daily results. You will be visible on the floor, use data to understand problems, and build systems that improve performance as we grow.
You will:
Own plant safety, quality, delivery, labor, throughput, and inventory accuracy
Lead Production Supervisors, operators, material handlers, and shipping teams
Translate demand into production, staffing, and equipment plans
Establish standard work and a consistent daily management rhythm
