We’re a technology company with operations in Metro Detroit and Los Angeles, supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. The role. We’re hiring a Recruiter to find and close the people who will build Nox Metals. You will recruit across factory operations, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and leadership, adapting your approach while holding a consistent bar for ownership, judgment, and ability.
This is a full-cycle role. You will learn the work, build the search, engage candidates directly, run a disciplined process, and help hiring managers make better decisions.

Own recruiting searches from intake and sourcing through offer and close
Translate business needs into clear role definitions and practical scorecards
Build targeted outbound strategies instead of relying only on inbound applicants
