We’re a technology company with operations in Metro Detroit and Los Angeles, supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.
The role. We’re hiring a Senior Finance Manager to build the financial operating system behind Nox Metals. You will own a reliable close, management reporting, controls, planning, cash visibility, and analysis that helps leaders make better commercial and operating decisions.
This role sits close to the business. You will understand how inventory, purchasing, production, pricing, freight, and customer terms move through the financial statements, then turn that understanding into clear decisions and durable processes.
You will:
Own monthly close, account reconciliations, and management reporting
Build forecasts and planning processes for revenue, margin, cash, labor, inventory, and capital
Explain actual performance and the operating drivers behind var
