We’re a technology company with operations in Metro Detroit and Los Angeles, supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.
The role. We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to build the daily voice of Nox Metals. You will turn real work (machines running, orders moving, customers building, and teammates solving problems) into a consistent presence that earns attention and trust.
This is not a role for reposting corporate announcements. You will spend time in our facilities, spot stories before someone assigns them, create content yourself, and learn from what the audience actually does.
You will:
Own the social calendar and day-to-day publishing across priority channels
Capture, write, edit, and publish timely photo, video, and text content
Build recurring formats around factory work, team stories, customer outcomes, and company progress
