Staff Software Engineer
Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.
We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our engineering organization and play a key role in shaping the architecture, scalability, and long-term evolution of our platform.
As a Staff Engineer at Nozomi Networks, you will operate at both a technical leadership and hands-on engineering level, driving complex initiatives across teams while setting a high bar for engineering excellence. You will own critical areas of the system, influence architectural decisions, and mentor engineers, while delivering impactful features and platform improvements at scale.
The final job title (e.g., Software Engineer, Senior, or Staff) will be aligned to the successful candidate's demonstrated level of knowledge, skills, and impact, rather than years of experience.
