I have spent over 15 years building and improving customer experiences, first across Europe and now in Canada. Before discovering my passion for software product management, I launched a service brand and implemented a Net Promoter Score (NPS) framework across four countries.

After two years as an individual contributor, I moved into people management, where I now mentor Product Managers/Consultants who care deeply about their craft and are committed to raising the bar for how we practice product management as a team.
