Director, Developer Relations

About The Role

At Nscale, we're on a mission to build the engine of superintelligence, and developers are at the center of how that future gets built.

We're looking for a Director of Developer Relations to lead and build how developers discover, learn, build, and scale on Nscale's AI infrastructure platform. This role will own and build the global developer relations strategy, from technical content and community engagement to developer experience feedback loops and ecosystem growth, ensuring developers can successfully build and deploy AI workloads on Nscale, starting in the US and expanding into EMEA and APAC as the function grows.

You'll lead programs that connect Nscale's engineering and product teams with the global developer community, turning powerful infrastructure capabilities into approachable demos, learning paths, hands-on examples, and engaging developer experiences - setting the direction yourself and, over time, building and leading the team that helps carry it out.

This role sits on the Product Marketing team and focuses on three core pillars:
