Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.

As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. About the Role

We are hiring a Paralegal to keep Nscale's contracting running smoothly. Working closely with our Procurement and Commercial Legal teams, AI Infrastructure, Nscale Cloud and Finance teams, you will manage the contract lifecycle for our technology and operational suppliers: from intake and first-pass review through signature, records and obligations tracking.

You will be a key part of building a scalable, well-organized procurement legal function.

What You'll Be Doing

Contract support

  • Manage intake of procurement contract requests, confirm required information and route matters to the appropriate reviewer.
  • Prepare first drafts of standard agreements (NDAs, order forms, SOWs, amendments, renewals) from approved templates.
  • Conduct first-pass review of supplier paper and lower-risk agreements against playbooks, and flag deviations for counsel.
  • Coordinate execution and e-signature workflows, confirm signatory authority and ensure fully executed documents are properly filed.

Contract management and compliance

  • Maintain the contract repository and CLM system, including accurate metadata, key dates and obligations.
  • Track renewals, termination notice periods, warranty periods and other key obligations and alert stakeholders ahead of deadlines.
  • Support supplier onboarding diligence, including collection of insurance certificates, tax forms, and compliance, security and sanctions screening documentation.
  • Prepare contract summaries, reports and dashboards for Legal and Procurement leadership.

Process improvement

  • Help maintain templates, clause libraries and playbooks, and suggest improvements based on recurring issues.
  • Support Legal Operations projects, including CLM configuration, workflow automation and adoption of AI-enabled contracting tools.

About You

  • Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–6 years of paralegal or contract management experience, ideally supporting procurement, commercial or technology contracts in-house or at a law firm.
  • Working knowledge of common commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, software licenses, purchase agreements).
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many matters at once and meet deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth technology, cloud, data center or hardware company.
  • Familiarity with supplier onboarding processes.
  • Interest in legal technology, automation and AI tools.

Join Nscale as we build a world-class AI cloud platform. If you're ready to help build a fast-moving procurement legal function, we'd love to hear from you!
